At Stump and Co we carefully inspect all our products before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded so please choose carefully.
We offer a replacement or refund on faulty products or products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to Stump and Co within 7 days of the delivery date. We ask you to provide additional documentation, such as photos, for any products reported as damaged when received or you believe to be faulty. Failure to follow our user and safety instructions will not be considered a faulty of the product. We will replace or refund (at our discretion) any shipping costs incurred by the purchaser will not be refunded except when a product is faulty or delivered as a result of our error.
For all full priced items, you may return products to us for exchange or refund within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that the products are in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and are accompanied with their original packaging. The shipping cost to return items is the customer’s responsibility. Any postage cost charged in the original order is non-refundable.
Stump and Co do not accept returns for items on sale, gift vouchers or custom/special orders. All sale, gift vouchers or custom/special order items are final sale, and we will not issue a refund, credit note or exchange.
