SELLER REFUNDS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Each Seller on the Creative Kin Australia website has their own Refunds and Exchange policies. Please ensure that you have thoroughly read the Sellers policies prior to purchase. In placing an order with us, your order is acknowledgement that you have read and accept the Sellers terms and conditions.
Where a Seller’s policy does allow for a return or exchange, return postage will remain your responsibility unless the item is faulty, in which case, the Seller will arrange, at their expense, for the safe return of your goods.
If you believe the item you have received is faulty, we may require a detailed description of the issue as well as specific photographs which clearly identify the fault.
If the Seller approves the return of your item(s), a refund, repair or replacement will be offered.
Any refunds will be transferred back to the original payment method, eg. your credit card, or site credit.
THINGS WE CAN’T REFUND OR REPLACE
We are unable to offer a refund or replacement for gift vouchers or any items the subject of a change of mind.
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT:
If any good purchased on the Creative Kin Australia website are not of an acceptable quality and subject of a major or minor fault, such goods are covered by consumer guarantees under Australian consumer law.
Refunds or replacements shall be requested in writing within 10 days of the date of receiving your item.
